It may be a small point you wish to clarify, something more complex or an ongoing issue; the team will provide advice and work with you until the matter has been concluded. They can also review documents and confirm things in writing if you request it.

When you subscribe to this service your organisation will be supplied with an ID card and allocated a unique reference code to quote each time you call.

The Legal Service does not use a premium rate number. It is a standard 0845 line charged at BT's prevailing rates. 0845 numbers are charged at prices that are the same irrespective of where you are calling from in the UK.

We understand from BT's website that the current charges are up to 3p per minute daytime and 1p per minute evening and weekend.

Note this is a telephone based service. The team is not able to represent you in person. If a matter did require personal representation the iQ Legal Manager service would deal with the issue up to this point and pass over the file to your appointed representative. If requested the legal team can also recommend a Practice in your area.
